14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83.

How to return

  1. Email support@elevate-shop.store with your order number.
  2. We send you a return label and address within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back in its original condition, unworn, with tags.
  4. Refund is issued within 14 days from receipt via the original payment method.

Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective items

If the item arrives damaged or differs from the description, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or full refund.
