Elevate Shop is an online retailer of curated streetwear, sneakers and accessories. By placing an order on this website you accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders & payment
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Shipping
Items are shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. Tracking information is sent by email.
4. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. See our Returns Policy.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent court of the consumer's place of residence.
